Gratitude. The right attitude.

HELLO,

For the last 20 years, I’ve offered yoga classes to a dedicated community who has no idea how much our time practicing together has benefited me. Our shared experience has taught me many critical lessons and given me stamina and resilience in my life.

I now teach virtual classes to support my community, and to strengthen connection and wellness while we’re isolated and under stressful circumstances. I donate class participation fees to Daily Bread Food Bank’s Covid 19 Relief Fund and have created a donation page where anyone can donate.

I’m grateful to all those who have made donations. Supporting those less fortunate right now feels right and makes me feel grateful for what I have, despite what I may not have, as we head into a very different holiday season.
