The Tuesday before Valentine's Day is Red Tuesday. Many flagging personal relationships are ended on this day, frequently via text message. Ouch!
Valentine's Day is all about showing special attention by exchanging chocolate, hearts, flowers and all things red. We love red! And who doesn't love the thrill of receiving special attention? We know clients do. In business, when is the right time to show some love to clients and important relationships to avoid a Red Tuesday experience?
For the 15th year, Impagination's Great Greeting™ Survey results clearly reveal how to engage and appreciate clients. Some highlights from this year's results are:
- 89% received their favorite greeting via mail, up from 83% last year.
- 26% prefer to receive a combined mail and emailed greeting, but only 13% sent a combined greeting.
- 2% sent a greeting via social media, however 0% of respondents preferred this media.
Many thanks to all the participants this year! Your comments and photos contributed tremendous insight. From all submissions, we couldn't agree more with our prize winner, Debbie Bunze, "I personally love and cherish handmade or handwritten greetings. I save my favorites. If it is branded well/cleverly and has a "hook" I'd keep it!"
