I stole the title of this post from Priya Parker’s recent book, The Art of Gathering, How We Meet and Why It Matters. I was introduced to the book listening to a Brené Brown podcast where they dig into what it means to come together, why connection requires intention, and the invisible structures inside meaningful gatherings. It inspired me to share what I’ve learned about successful virtual meetings, which is equally applicable to podcasts, celebrations, business presentations and team or family celebrations.
