For example, a client in an admin role recently applied his zone of genius to create a tool his whole team uses and now shares with clients. This is a clear example of the power of permitting every individual on a team to embrace their natural gifts to benefit everyone. Once you know YOUR action style, by leaning into it, you can feel the effortlessness and ease that a sense of flow creates.
