I’m passionate about Kolbe!

Kolbe is an assessment tool to measure your instinctive way of doing things. And we all have own way. The result is called your Mode of Operation (MO). It reveals how you execute, not your IQ or personality. It measures the intrinsic way you take action when you strive. This applies to actions like making a decision, finding a solution or creating something new.

What Kolbe did for me

Kolbe has been around since 1974, when Kathy Kolbe converted her theory into a tool. I was introduced to it in 1998 by my business coach when I was pivoting my business for the first time (I'm currently on pivot #5 as we continuously refine how we deliver our services).😊

The results were incredibly insightful. Kolbe explained comments I received when I was younger, like “Why don’t you finish what you start before starting something new?” Or “You’re so creative, you’re always thinking outside the box!”

Kolbe was quite specific and authentic to me. And our team and clients find it a validating reflection for them as well.

What I discovered is my natural way of doing things—my action style, my MO.
